Brilliant! I've always been suspicious of that creepy carpet-bagging witch and her freakish parrot headed umbrella ....
Ironically...Mary Poppins was one of my favorite costumes...it even wore it two years. (once in high school, once in college...no one knew it was a repeat) And I thought the year I went as Cruella Deville was the only year I chose a villian costume.
