I'm so glad you posted this. When Rachel showed it to us, we couldn't believe it! There truly is an Empire in the making here. What are you waiting for? INVEST NOW is this little money-maker! $$$ (Paula Dean, meet the new Cooking Queen).

I'll help with the marketing campaign:

It would be good to start with the manually challenged segment of society, you know, all the people who only have one hand? She was so thoughtful to consider their frustration when attempting to beat the batter.

It is absolute genius to follow her lead and market to a theme of "Kitchen Ethics: Honesty is the Best Policy". Now is our day to say it like it is! Thank you, Melanie! Who doesn't eat the batter?! Seriously. Women everywhere - unite and proclaim it for all to hear; We will eat the batter, damn it, and there's nothing you can do about it.

So ~

Am I hired?
